Beautiful Saturday!

A beautiful start to the weekends indeed! Headed to NTUC FairPrice in the morning to get the necessary ingredients for dinner. As you know on weekends, it’s my duty to cook for my family and I’ve been really wanting to try this dish that I will showcase in just a short while.

How is everyone’s weekends? FANTASTIC right? It should be because we are so focused on our own development, doing the meaningful and useful things to boost ourselves up! One step at a time and eventually we’ll reach our end goals! Never stop doing what you love and never give up!

Alright, so here’s what I’ve whipped up for dinner! Vegetarian Pancake with home-made Vegetarian Fish Patty with Corn kernels and asparagus accompanied with a hot bowl of Corn Soup.

What I made my Pancakes with are:

  • Plain Flour
  • Lemon Juice
  • Almond Milk
  • Oregano Leaves
  • Basil Leaves
  • Black Pepper
  • A little bit of Salt
  • Pandan Essence

So these pancakes will taste sweet and a little salty but still delicious! Instead of having the usual burger buns, why not try something different right? It’s unusual but it’s worth it. Have you ever realized, those things that are worthwhile, are mostly unusual? Do it! It’s time to get out of our comfort zone!

Cooking with love will never go wrong! I’m just so happy and honored that I can still cook for my parents and loved ones and seeing them smile everyday, is the best thing I could ever ask for.

Never give up on your dreams, use the weekends to accomplish your dreams and keep doing what you loved! Let’s enjoy the remaining of the weekends and I’ll see everyone in my next post! HUSTLE!

Only when you get out of comfort zone, you’ll start to achieve.
