💪🏼 Hello everyone! Today is the official start of my Diet Challenge issued by my beautiful girlfriend. Not only we can keep fit together but it’s an extra mile that I am willing to go to to become fitter and healthier!
I will share in a bit what I have to go through for the next 100 days and what are the diet plan that my girlfriend planned for me. First, let me say how blessed and thankful I am to have a girlfriend that loves me for who I am and always thinking about my health and welfare. At the same time, instead of playing basketball once per week, I will start to increase the amount of basketball session too.
So basically below is the entire diet plan for the next 100 days.
- Breakfast: 2x Carrot + 1x Apple (Blended)
- Lunch: As per normal
- Dinner: 2x Carrot + 1x Apple (Blended) OR Fist-sized portion of food.
- NO Sweet drinks
- No Dairy Products
- No Snacks
- No Sweets and Chocolates.
