Preparing For A Hectic Week Ahead!

Day 23/100 of my Diet Challenge and definitely I am feeling lighter each day! I made some change of my postings for weekends and thus, I will only be posting on Sundays for the weekends!

A week that becomes easier is not a week that will make you stronger. It means you’re now at your comfort zone again and should you stay within the comfort zone, you will find yourself doing the same thing over and over again.

Afraid and don’t want the weekdays to come? There’s no shortcuts in life and the weekdays are definitely inevitable! What to do? Take out a piece of paper or a book and start planning for the week. The Calendar application in your phone works too!

Plan out the entire week’s schedule and try to achieve as much as you can. Preparing ahead will allow yourself to know what’s coming and eventually you will be mentally prepared as well! Planning ahead doesn’t give you any disadvantage because you will be ready for what’s coming towards you.

Also, try to set the weekly goals that you want to achieve for the week and keep track daily and see how much you’ve progressed through! Keep working hard till the day we reach our goals we desired! Have a good rest and let’s blast through the coming week! I’ll see everyone in my next post!
